熔窑热像仪 Furnace thermal camera

   内窥式短波红外热像仪可生成高分辨率的热图像，同时可以观察燃烧过程并精确测量图像中的任意一个点的温度。热像仪能够伸入熔窑内部，监测的视野更大，不仅能观察玻璃原料的熔化情况，还能准确测量玻璃液温度、熔窑池壁内温度及耐火材料的烧损状况、大碹温度及小炉状况，火焰的温度及燃料燃烧情况等信息。通过对内窥式热像仪输出的信息进行分析和判断，能够准确获悉熔窑的运行工况和玻璃液的熔化情况，这样不仅能保证玻璃熔窑的安全运行，延长熔窑的寿命，更重要的是能够指导熔化工艺，可根据温度信息来调整⽕焰的燃烧情况，既能保证物料在额定温度下的成品率，⼜能让燃烧⼯作在节能的状态，熔制出优质的玻璃液，提高玻璃的产品质量。
   The endoscopic shortwave infrared thermal imager can generate high-resolution thermal images, observe the combustion process, and accurately measure the temperature of any point in the image. The thermal imager can extend into the interior of the melting furnace, providing a larger monitoring field. It can not only observe the melting of glass raw materials, but also accurately measure the temperature of the glass liquid, the temperature inside the melting furnace pool, the burning condition of refractory materials, the temperature of the large furnace and small furnace, the temperature of the flame, and the combustion condition of the fuel. By analyzing and judging the information output by the endoscopic thermal imager, the operating conditions of the melting furnace and the melting situation of the glass liquid can be accurately obtained. This not only ensures the safe operation of the glass melting furnace and extends its life, but more importantly, it can guide the melting process. The combustion of the flame can be adjusted according to the temperature information, which can ensure the yield of materials at the rated temperature and keep the combustion work in the energy-efficient state,  and improve the quality of glass products.
